Secret Models (“the Platform”) is an independent online service. The Platform is not an agency, employer, representative, intermediary, or guarantor of any creator, user, or third party. Secret Models does not endorse, supervise, manage, or control the actions, conduct, statements, content, services, or representations of any user, creator, or visitor.
All profiles, media, communications, offers, and other content are solely the responsibility of the respective creators or users. Secret Models does not vet, verify, or guarantee the authenticity, legality, accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of any content, offer, statement, identity, or representation made by creators, users, or third parties. Any communication, agreement, transaction, or interaction entered into via the Platform is entirely between the parties involved and does not create any relationship, liability, or responsibility on the part of Secret Models.
No employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship exists or is created between Secret Models and any user, creator, or visitor. Secret Models expressly disclaims all liability for any actions, omissions, conduct, statements, services, representations, or failures of any creator, user, visitor, or third party.
While Secret Models implements reasonable measures to safeguard personal information and session data, no system is completely secure or immune to unauthorized access, data breach, loss, or misuse. The Platform does not guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of any data, including personal information, session data, or communications. Users and creators are solely responsible for protecting their own privacy, identity, and data security. Secret Models is not liable for any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data, whether resulting from hacking, data breach, technical failure, misuse, force majeure, or any other cause.
Secret Models is not responsible for the conduct, actions, statements, or omissions of any user, creator, visitor, or third party, whether online or offline. This includes, but is not limited to, unlawful behavior, harassment, fraud, impersonation, misrepresentation, or any other harmful, offensive, or inappropriate activity. Users and creators are solely responsible for their own behavior and interactions. The Platform does not mediate, intervene, or participate in any disputes, claims, or investigations between users, creators, or third parties, nor does it accept or assume any duty to do so.
The Platform may contain links to third-party sites or services. Secret Models does not control or endorse any third-party services and is not responsible for any content, actions, policies, or outcomes of such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Secret Models reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, remove, restrict, or moderate any content, profile, user, or activity on the Platform at its sole discretion. The Platform has no duty to intervene in any dispute, report, or situation involving users, creators, or third parties.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or accuracy. Secret Models does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the outcome of any use of the Platform. All risk from use of the Platform rests solely with the user.

It shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Secret Models operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any portion of this disclaimer is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By using the Platform, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Secret Models, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your conduct, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
